1. Training Period & Simulation Disclosure

The first three (3) months following activation of your software license (the "Training Period") is an instructional period. During the Training Period the platform operates in simulation mode. Campaigns, transactions, activity, and results displayed in your dashboard during this period are simulated for training and practice purposes. They are not actual marketing sends, not actual customer transactions, and not earnings or income of any kind.

After the Training Period your account is transitioned to live operation ("Switch-Over"). After Switch-Over, Marketing Credits accrued during the Training Period may be applied toward live marketing campaigns sent through the platform.

2. Simulated Performance Disclaimer

Simulated or hypothetical results have inherent limitations. Unlike a record of actual activity, simulated results do not represent real campaigns, real recipients, or real transactions, and they are designed with the benefit of controlled conditions. No representation is being made that any account will, after Switch-Over, achieve activity, response rates, or results similar to those shown in simulation. Live marketing performance is frequently and materially different from simulated activity.

3. Marketing Credits Disclosure

Marketing Credits are not money. They are internal, promotional, non-monetary platform-usage credits used solely to meter usage-based features of the software (such as SMS, email, and voicemail sends). They are not currency, stored value, a deposit, a security, an investment, or a monetary equivalent under any law.
No cash value. Marketing Credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed, exchanged, withdrawn, or converted into cash or any monetary form, and are non-transferable.
Accrual. During the Training Period, Marketing Credits accrue based on your completion of qualifying training activities in simulation mode, under the credit-allocation formula in your license agreement (accrual factor of 25% by default, or 40% for Pro Plus members). This formula allocates future platform usage capacity; it is not calculated on any real money and is not interest, yield, a return, or earnings of any kind on your purchase price.
Displays are credits, not dollars. Balances and activity figures shown in the platform are denominated in credits. No figure shown in simulation or in a credit balance is a statement of money owed or payable to you.
Program changes; no expiration. Credit program terms and consumption rates may be changed only prospectively on at least 30 days' notice, with already-accrued credits honored at rates no less favorable than those in effect when accrued for at least 90 days after any change. Credits do not expire while your license agreement remains in effect, and accrued credits may be revoked only for fraud, abuse, chargeback, or material breach, with written notice.

4. Earnings Disclaimer

We do not guarantee income or results. The software is a tool, not an income opportunity with promised returns. We make no representation that you will earn any amount, recoup your license fee, or achieve any particular outcome. Any figures, examples, or demonstrations — including simulated figures shown during the Training Period — are illustrative only and are not typical results, projections, or promises. Your results will depend on factors that include your own effort and skill, your market and offers, recipient response, competition, and compliance with applicable law. Some members obtain no measurable results.

5. Testimonials & Examples

Any testimonials, case studies, or examples we share reflect individual experiences under specific circumstances and are not representative of all members and are not a guarantee of your results. We do not pay for positive reviews.

6. Your Review & Reporting Rights

Nothing in our agreements limits your right to post honest reviews of our products and services, to communicate with or report suspected violations of law to any government agency or regulator, or to make disclosures protected by whistleblower law. See the federal Consumer Review Fairness Act (15 U.S.C. § 45b) and California Civil Code § 1670.8.

7. Cancellation Rights

Your signed license agreement and the Notice of Cancellation form delivered with it state your cancellation rights, including the right to cancel within five (5) business days of signing for a full refund. Nothing on this page reduces any right you may have under applicable state or federal law, including any longer statutory cooling-off period in your state.
