Pro members expand to a larger metro area with significantly more businesses and priority AI allocation in high-density markets. Your AI works all of these simultaneously — there's no limit to how many campaigns can be active at once.

Most members spend 20–30 minutes per week reviewing their dashboard, checking earnings, and reading a brief AI summary of what's running. Some members choose to spend more time learning the platform or exploring upgrade options — but it's genuinely not required. The platform is designed to run on its own once set up.

The AI identifies local businesses in your market and matches them with customers who are actively looking for their services — all through your account. Every connection is recorded in your dashboard so you can see exactly what the AI is doing.

Your AI activates as soon as you finish signing up. It typically begins running its first connection cycles within 7–21 days as it learns your market and builds a base of active local businesses. The first 30 days are a ramp-up period as the AI tunes to your area.

Everything is in your member dashboard, updated in real time. You can review every connection the AI has made along with detailed stats on your account's activity, any time and from any device.

The AI

It's real. Our platform uses large language models (the same class of technology behind ChatGPT), combined with our proprietary business data layer, to perform autonomous marketing tasks. The AI understands the local business context, writes campaign messaging, interprets results, and makes optimization decisions — without a human marketing manager directing it. This is genuinely novel technology, not a rebranding of a basic automation tool.

All campaigns go through an automated quality check before they go live. If a campaign underperforms, the AI automatically pauses it and tests a revised version. Our member success team also monitors aggregate performance metrics and will reach out to you if anything unusual is detected in your account. No system is perfect, but we have multiple safeguards in place.

Once your account is set up, the AI runs fully on its own. The only things you need to do are: keep your payment method current (for payouts), review occasional notifications about your account, and respond to any rare requests from our support team. It depends on how much you want the AI to do for you. The Pro plan significantly expands your territory, increases the number of managed business accounts, adds advanced analytics, and gives you a dedicated account manager. If you want the AI working a larger area, Pro is the way to do it.

Yes. You can cancel from your account settings at any time, with no cancellation fees. Your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period. If you cancel within 30 days of your first payment, you're eligible for a full refund under our money-back guarantee. After 30 days, cancellation stops future charges but does not include a refund for the current period.

Yes. You can upgrade immediately from your account settings — the new plan takes effect instantly and your billing is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle so you retain the higher plan's benefits until then.

Account & Privacy

Yes. All data transmitted through our platform is encrypted with TLS. Your personal information and banking details are stored in encrypted databases and are never shared with third parties or sold. We do not use your data to train AI models. We comply with applicable data protection laws and publish a detailed privacy policy that you can review at any time.

You can reach our member support team by email, live chat (available Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm EST), or by submitting a ticket from your dashboard. We respond to all messages within one business day. Our team is trained on everything related to the platform and will not transfer you through five departments to get an answer.

No — our terms of service allow one active account per member. Creating duplicate accounts to access multiple territories violates our terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. If you want access to more territory, the correct path is to upgrade to a higher plan tier, which expands your single account's reach.
